The unmistakable scents of mint and rosemary, rigorously grown on the Babbo Elio farm, blend together to take you into a journey through the lush Mediterranean maquis. These are the landscapes, smells and flavours evoked by our Mediterranean sweet and sour white vinegar, a condiment with aromatic echoes and a clear colour, 100% natural and additive-free. Use our Agrodolce bianco mediterraneo for meat and fish marinades or for refined dishes such as carpaccio, but also for salads, raw, boiled or grilled vegetables and caprese. Do you want to dare with alternative uses? Try and create cocktails! And finally, use it pure on a teaspoon to benefit from its numerous antiseptic, antibacterial and digestive medicinal properties.

Design

For a classic product, a label inspired by tradition: from an idea of Alberto Goldoni, owner of the company and son of Babbo Elio, the design chosen for our vinegars comes from the word “al spric”, which in Modenese dialect means “the dash”. It is a tiny speck of vinegar that hides an explosion of flavour and gives life to the design of this product.
