Description

Love for tradition means attachment to the territory, without exceptions. This is why we at the Babbo Elio farm wanted to celebrate the variety of our land with a preserve that contains and enhances its lesser known fruits. Pears and quinces, apple varieties such as the Roman rose, the musona and the ciabatta, and finally the pir pistola, a large pear. It is a declaration of love to those forgotten tastes that strive to be rediscovered. Add this preserve to your pantry to tempt your friends and family with pies and cakes with an unusual flavour. Or savour it for breakfast over a slice of toast to amaze your palate with ancient tastes full of history.

Design

The artist chosen for Babbo Elio’s preserve and sauce labels is by now an institution in the world of tattooing. Her name is Serena Ferrarini, better known as Seretattoo. Her distinctive work, which favours stylised figures, portrays the typical country family with its amusing members and their respective characteristics and roles.
