Description

Babbo Elio’s flower pollen combines tradition and the healing power of nature. It is collected by the bees directly from the flowers and transformed into tiny grains, in which an exceptional energy is concentrated. It is then harvested using pollen traps at the hives and finally subjected to a dehydration process at low temperatures to preserve all its natural properties. Vitamins of group B, C vitamin, several minerals and 20 types of amino acids make this product an ideal 100% natural food supplement for the whole family. Babbo Elio’s pollen can be consumed on its own or used to enrich yoghurt, fruit juices, milk or water at room temperature. Thanks to its floral aroma, it can also be used to prepare original soups, risottos and salads.
