Description

The secret of our aged Agrodolce bianco (sweet and sour white vinegar) lies among the boards of ash barriques. It is there, in precious barrels, that this vinegar becomes more refined and acquires a clear colour, fruity aromas and a slight but irresistible vanilla note. Thanks to its particularly fresh and fruity flavour, it can be used to give an extra twist to everyday dishes and to serve them elegantly on the table.

Design

For a classic product, a label inspired by tradition: from an idea of Alberto Goldoni, owner of the company and son of Babbo Elio, the design chosen for our vinegars comes from the word “al spric”, which in Modenese dialect means “the dash”. It is a tiny speck of vinegar that hides an explosion of flavour and gives life to the design of this product.
