Description

The Family Reserve vinegar owes its particular consistency to the slow and meticulous processes dictated by the Emilian tradition. The must needs to be cooked for a long time to reach the vinegar’s characteristic fullness and density, while the acetification process and subsequent ageing in oak barrels confirm its sweet and unmistakable flavour. Thanks to its sweetish taste, The Family Reserve is very versatile: it can be used to enhance rich meat dishes, to give a twist to simple salads or to amaze friends with unusual desserts.

Design

For a classic product, a label inspired by tradition: from an idea of Alberto Goldoni, owner of the company and son of Babbo Elio, the design chosen for our vinegars comes from the word “al spric”, which in Modenese dialect means “the dash”. It is a tiny speck of vinegar that hides an explosion of flavour and gives life to the design of this product.
